The future of BrokerStar

I am pleased to inform you that I hand­ed over a major­i­ty stake in WMC IT Solu­tions AG to a new own­er on 13 Decem­ber 2024. Vier­wald Soft­ware AG is a com­pa­ny that spe­cialis­es in the sus­tain­able con­tin­u­a­tion and devel­op­ment of small soft­ware com­pa­nies. Man­ag­ing Direc­tors Peter Nessen­sohn and Julius Jan­da will sup­port BrokerStar’s strat­e­gy and mis­sion in the future. I will ini­tial­ly con­tin­ue to sup­port WMC IT Solu­tions AG as Man­ag­ing Direc­tor and in the long term as a mem­ber of the Board of Direc­tors and advi­sor. In addi­tion, the loca­tion, the employ­ees, the prod­uct and the famil­iar coop­er­a­tion with you will remain in the exist­ing structure.

My pri­ma­ry goal was to pro­vide you, the cus­tomer, with a reli­able and com­pe­tent part­ner in the long term. With Vier­wald Soft­ware AG, I con­sid­er this require­ment to be ful­ly met for the com­ing decades. Bro­ker­Star will con­tin­ue to be devel­oped fur­ther in the future. In addi­tion, fur­ther prod­ucts, mod­ules and offers will be cre­at­ed for you in order to main­tain and expand our very good mar­ket position.
